No, this is only available as a liquid. The easiest way to give it, is to add 2 - 3 drops to a teaspoon of fresh / wet food 3 ties daily. This can be a little ham, cheese, tinned food or plain, live yoghurt, for example.

Most pet parents find Joints to be far more effective than glucosamine, chondroitin and green lipped mussel based supplements for the reasons explained here. Giving Joint Support plus Recuperation alongside Joints is highly beneficial too, as this soothes sore tissues and further aids ease of movement. In most cases after Joints and the Joints remedy have been given for a month other joint supplements can be discontinued. Our supplements can be given alongside Librela, but as a general rule it is best to avoid this drug, unless as a last resort, for the reasons explained here.

Yes, you can, but it would be more effective to give the drops on a teaspoon of kefir. Adding to kibble, which is absorbent, dilutes the impact.

As far as we're aware, no known interactions between PEA and any medications have been reported. PEA is extremely safe, likely because it is naturally produced by the body itself.

PEA would be the better choice of the two, as it has both anti-inflammatory and pain relieving effects. and if at any stage you could afford to give Joints too, this helps to build up the cartilage and joint lubricating oil in affected joints.

Q: Hi there my dog no clue of breed his Rommie rescue has recently had issues going upstairs with back legs not often but on days his not had much exercise
He has Bowen therapy occasionally and she has agreed with me that it’s the lack of exercise that is problem his fine if we go out in car to country parks he happily walks has no issues going up steep hills or going over fallen trees
All walks are are his choice where we go so he chooses the hills where he could go on straight paths but with the change of weather and that I don’t drive his not always wanting to go further than he needs to do his business then it’s brakes on till turn back
His Bowen therapist has given me advice on ways to get him to move around the garden by placing bits of cooked chicken breast around
But I’m just wondering if the joints plus recuperation would benefit him
Oh and he did have an issue in summer with one of his back legs after jumping up at a pigeon in garden this was remedied with Bowen therapy occasionally
I’m already giving him your pea for bladder issues along with the kidney remedy he has had issues with leaking occasionally after he got a uti last year he had bloods and checked for anything else like crystals I believe when he went in for dental
His also on the firework remedy at moment
He also has the immunity and vitality in his meals
Sorry for the waffle so wouid this remedy be worth putting him on
Would be So much easier to use these drops than to add another powder to his meals as I can just add to small bits of chicken breast like do with the others and feed

Q: Hello, I have a 12 year old British Shorthair cat who has been diagnosed with arthritis in her back and hips and early stage kidney failure. She has also had two dental procedures in the last 6 weeks. I have had her on Kidney and Bladder support since diagnosis and within just 4 weeks her kidney results improved and now 3 months on are back to normal. The vet prescribed Semintra..but I put improvement down to your supplement.
For the last week she’s been back on Metacam following second dental surgery. I’ve noticed a big improvement in her movement compared to when on Gabapentin, however my vet advises against keeping her on Metacam because of her kidneys.
I cannot reliably get powders into her…would your Joints plus Recuperation liquid be of any benefit to her arthritis if used on its own? (Ie not with Joints powder). And if so can it be added to liquid food (cat soup) at the same time as I give her a few drops of Kidney support; and if effective, can it be used long term?

Hi, great to hear the Kidney plus Bladder Support has helped. It is certainly worth giving Joint Support plus Recuperation as you suggest in these circumstances. Giving cats powders can certainly be tricky, as most are highly suspicious of any change in the taste or texture of their food. It's often possible however, if only tiny amounts are given to begin with, to encourage acceptance. It then becomes possible to slowly increase the dose going forward, until half a teaspoon of Joints is being given daily, divided between meals. The same process can then be repeated with PEA to provide optimum joint comfort and care as outlined here. Mixing the powders into strong flavoured wet cat food (such as tuna), a little bone broth, milk (if dairy tolerant), plain live yoghurt, cream, saltless gravy, cream cheeses or similar is often successful.

Q: Hi there my dog recently went in for dental he had gabapentin night before in chicken breast dinner about 9 pm his blood work came back is all good apart from his kidneys showing beginning of kidney disease I’ve already got him on pea and he was having your kidney and bladder support from incontinence which vet found no cause for this was almost 2 years ago on this it sorted itself out and due to it not being a major issue in first place over time I reduced the drops to night only unless he had what I called a blip then I’d up so his not kibble fed he was having freeze dried raw moistened for his breakfast and soft boiled egg lunchtime with chicken breast minced with few blueberries and bit of veg
Doing my research about kidney disease and food I’m concerned I’ve caused this with his food also wouid having his dinner late of effected his results
Also he’d gone in looking like he was at deaths door that morning due to the side effects of the gabapentin he’d had night before he was supposed to have again 2 hours before but as didn’t like how he was didn’t
He struggled to hold his weight and floored forward vet rung was concerned he’d done neuronal tests on him he’d gone muscle waste on front legs
I’d told him he’d had neck injury recently we’d seen vet and up until 2 weeks ago he’d been doing well but got of sofa funny hurt his leg so had slowed down again
Vet wouldn’t believe his state was the gabapentin talked us into ct scan he rung said it was bad news his got lesion on his spine but the experts need to review it
If his got kidney problems then I can’t give joints can I give the remedy for his joints instead once I’ve found out what is wrong
I’m waiting on few more days to reintroduce his vitality and immunity his already back on digestion and pea
Sorry for long question I’m just very worried and my vets aren’t helping just dismiss anything I say as not possible
And talking renal diet don’t want to put him on there processed crap food
