Hi June, the remedies help the body create an intestinal environment which is inhospitable to worms, so that parasites are less likely to become established and cause infection. They are therefore, best used monthly as described as a preventative measure.

In our experience Milbemax tends to be one of the safer wormers. We would always advise however, when using any drugs of this kind (most chemical wormers are nerve poisons), to give the Intestinal Cleanse and Organ  Cleanse remedies in Natural Work Control and Detoxification Support before and after administration (2 days before and 14 days after, repeat again after an interval of 2 weeks), to help the body cope successfully with the chemicals present.

Hi Jo, the best worm kit for screening is the combined intestinal worms and lungworms, as this covers all the common species that affect dogs. And yes, the worm control remedies can be given to all dogs from weaning onwards - including puppies of your girl's age.

Q: Miniature Dachshund 8 years Recent X-ray- fibrosis of lungs, enlarged liver , pancreas and intestines. Q: I’m very keen to use natural wormer, but my dog has had colitis, initially triggered by Forthglade teething chew, 2nd was by using Endoguard..he does tend to have a sensitive tummy, but likes nibbling at garden soul unfortunately. both cases of colitis quickly sorted by meds.. do you think this is suitable for him? Hi Nic, this product is not a wormer. The remedies help the body to create an intestinal environment which is inhospitable to parasites, so that they are more likely to be eliminated before they take hold. It is important when doing this, to screen stools every 3 months using this kit, so that if infestation does occur, it can be dealt with promptly. The botanical extracts are very gentle in their action, and as such are well tolerated by the great majority of dogs - even those with sensitive stomachs. It's impossible to predict in advance however, how an individual dog will respond to this or any other product. With this in mind, it would be worth giving only half the suggested amount to begin with. Do let us know how you get on.

Q: I have very recently started using the digestive drops and I have come back to get some more and some other ranges but I am very confused as I can’t see any drops and the alternative products - I can’t tell are they powder or pills? My dogs are very fussy with both so I was hoping to get drops.

Hi Jane, all the remedies are in liquid form.

These are supplied in 50ml dropper bottles, so that a few drops can simply be added to food as directed.

The supplements are all powders, and are supplied in small and large tubs of the specified weight in grams. The appropriate amount can be mixed into any wet meals.

  • DIRECTIONS

    1. Give 2-3 drops of INTESTINAL CLEANSE 3 times daily for 7 days at the start of every month, by gently dabbing on the outside of the lips with a clean finger. Alternatively, give in a small morsel of food. 

    Several drops can also be added to drinking water daily.

    2.  Give ORGAN CLEANSE for 7 days every other month, as described above, (the two remedies can be given together, when both are due).

  • INGREDIENTS

    INTESTINAL CLEANSE: 

    Spring water and alcohol (25%) plus extracts of Cucurbita, Garlic, Granatum, Nettle and Teucrium Marum.

    ORGAN CLEANSE:
