Q: This is my first time using these products to help my 7yr old working cocker spaniel through the firework season.
What time of day is it best to give these remedies please; one dose of each remedy in the morning and evening, or both doses in the evening?
If I give one dose of each in the morning, will it make him drowsy (which I don't want to happen) through the day? Thanks
A: Both the PEA and the remedy are best given twice daily, once together in the morning and then again together in the early evening.

Q: We have a reactive 10 year old border terrier. Betsy is absolutely terrified of fireworks...... each year she is worse. The gel and pills from the vet do not work... well maybe a little for 10 minutes. Her thunder jacket has no effect either. We watch GB news and seen your advert.... hoping your products woukd calm her down.

A: Hi, the Ultimate Fireworks and Loud Noises Relief bundle is the best option here. The longer the supplements are given, the more effective they are, and so if you're looking to help your pet cope successfully with the New Year celebrations, it's best to start giving them now.

Q: Hi VTV team,
I have been giving my dog PEA twice daily for a few months now (for other issues nothing sound related).
I've just purchased the Thunder and Fireworks remedy for the fireworks at the NY and noticed that it says to administer 3 times daily on the product's page (https://www.vincethevet.co.uk/remedies/fireworks/thunder-and-fireworks-50ml) in the run up to the fireworks season and up to every 30 mins during the fireworks.
However, in the questions on this page, the responses indicate that it should be given twice daily alongside the PEA.
My assumtion from reading that is that the Thunder and Fireworks remedy should be given twice daily if PEA is also being given and thrice daily if being administered without the PEA. Is that correct or have I misunderstood?
Many thanks
A: Hi Katia, you are correct, as the synergy between PEA and Thunder and Fireworks means the remedy can generally be given less frequently. That said, the remedy can be hourly / half hourly when the noise from fireworks is at its worst, if necessary.

Q: My dog already has Riaflex joint support +ha and green lipped muscle for hio dysplasia.
Can these supplements be given at the same time?
A: Yes, these can be given at the same time. And for maximum joint comfort and care in these circumstances, Ultimate Joint Support is the best option for the reasons explained here. here. (No other joint products are necessary when giving these.)
