"I just wanted to give you an update on Hugo.
All I can say is WOW what a difference to a week ago.
As you know, Hugo had the Lepto4 vaccine plus flea & worm tablets from the vet, which is what my son was advised to do. Hugo became so poorly and we honestly thought that was it, we were going to lose him. However following your advice with the products you sent (big thank you to Sue and Alison in the WAG FB Group for this) Hugo is a different dog!
He is now almost back to himself. There is still a little way to go, but my goodness we didn’t think he would ever get to this point.
I really don’t know how to thank you - we will be eternally grateful for all your help. I just hope that anyone else in our position with their dog is fortunate to get your help.
So thank you Vince, for guiding us through such a heart-breaking situation with Hugo. Never ever will we vaccinate our dogs again or give any flea and worm treatment, other than what you advise."
NOTE
ALL vaccines have the potential to cause adverse reactions and these can be serious or life-threatening in sensitive pets. It's important therefore to take precautions before any injection is given, and to only go proceed with inoculation if absolutely necessary.
And if problems do arise, swift action is required to prevent long-term ill-effects developing - or worse.
VACCINE / DRUG REACTION PROTOCOL
This is the regime Hugo (see video above) was placed on to help his body overcome the ill-effects experienced following a booster. It can be used for any dog showing unusual signs in the weeks following inoculation or the starting of medication.
It can also be started several weeks before any vaccine / drug with known side-effects to help minimise the risk of an adverse event.
NOTE: the amounts of supplements advised below are for a 10kg dog. For different bodyweights these should be adjusted accordingly (approximately 1 teaspoon per 10kg bodyweight daily, divided between meals).
Step 1:
Give 2 - 3 drops of both Detoxification Support and Joint Support plus Recuperation 3 times daily on a teaspoon of fresh food (not kibble).
Also give half a teaspoon of Immunity daily, divided between meals.
Step 2:
After 7 days, if the stools remain well-formed, continue with both remedies and Immunity, and also give half a teaspoon of Vitality daily, divided between meals.
Step 3:
Continue the remedies and gradually increase the Immunity and Vitality to 1 teaspoon daily, divided between meals. (Pausing if the stools become too soft.)
It's important not to give any chemical worming / flea products or the vaccine responsible again.
What next?
After 6 - 8 weeks, if all goes well, the supplements can be continued indefinitely to support optimum health and well-being.
Joints plus Recuperation can be held in reserve and used should any musculoskeletal or joint issue arise, or any injury occur.
Natural Worm Control and Detoxification Support can be given for the first 7 days in every month as part of a natural worm control regime.
